Whisky 1901 contributes to successful fundraiser for Leuchie House charity

Leuchie House fundraiser raises over £130,000

Leuchie House, a Scottish charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and their caregivers facing long-term physical conditions, celebrated a tremendous success with its recent fundraiser.

Leuchie House provides expert care that enables guests to manage their long-term physical conditions, granting them and their families the ability to enjoy a proper holiday and savour all the special moments that come with it. Situated in the breathtaking East Lothian countryside, Leuchie House boasts a unique setting with a specialist team providing 24-hour care, making it an exceptional destination for those in need.

Whisky 1901, recognising the importance of Leuchie House’s mission, was delighted to contribute to the success of the fundraising event. The company generously donated two remarkable lots to the evening’s auction, further adding to the funds raised.

The first lot donated by Whisky 1901 was a Kirkcowan cask from the distinguished Bladnoch distillery. Bladnoch, one of the six remaining Lowland distilleries, is known for its quality single malt Scotch whisky. The second lot comprised a bottle of Dalmore 2007 vintage, adding a touch of luxury and uniqueness to the auction. Both lots from Whisky 1901 played a significant role in the overall success of the fundraiser.

Aaron Damiano Sparkes, Founder and Managing Director of Whisky 1901 commented: “We were delighted to support the evening and, in turn, raise vital funds for Leuchie House, who provide a wonderful service to those facing long-term physical conditions and their families.”

Whisky 1901 remains committed to making meaningful contributions to charitable causes and is pleased to have been part of an event that will positively impact the lives of those supported by Leuchie House.
